IMPORTANT! Abstracts and full papers will only be accepted through the Easychair submission system.

Extended abstract submission (Optional)

The extended abstract can be up to 500 words.

It shall be written in English and must be in line with the following templates, depending on track:

  1. CIBw78 track - template available here for download (Word .docx format - 27 KB).
  2. LDAC track - template available here for download (Word, LaTeX) – please only fill the abstract section (along with title, authors and keywords).

The extended abstract should be saved as a PDF file for submission. Please submit the saved documents directly on the EasyChair system.

NEW!! Extended abstract submission closes on 1 February 15 February 2021 at midnight GMT.

The Scientific Committee will send the notification of acceptance by 1 March 15 March 2021.

Full paper submission

The full paper should be limited to 10 pages.

It shall be written in English and must be in line with the following templates, depending on track:

  1. CIBw78 track template available here for download (Word .docx format - 40 KB).
  2. LDAC track – template available here for download (Word, LaTeX)

Full paper submission closes on 1 April 2021 at midnight GMT.

The Scientific Committee will send a review notification by 1 June 2021.
 

Publication details

CIBw78 accepted papers will be published in the ITC Digital Library

LDAC2021 accepted papers will be published as part of a separate volume of the CEUR-WS proceedings.

Important! Submitted articles will be published as received in their final version. Any formatting, spelling, grammar, or scientific content errors will not be corrected. It is important to note that authors are solely responsible for copy-editing and formatting their abstract and full paper documents.

Special issue

A selection of accepted papers will be invited to submit an extended version for publication in a special issue of ITcon.
